WAREHOUSE / LOGISTICS / DISTRIBUTION

Warehouse electronics recycling.
Keep operations moving.

A warehouse technology refresh can leave equipment scattered across offices, workstations, and storage areas. GreenLink welcomes enterprise recycling and asset recovery projects from California warehouse, distribution, and logistics teams.

Prepare your project inquiry

Build an inventory around the way you work

Group handheld scanners, tablets, office computers, servers, and network hardware separately. Include docking stations, chargers, and accessories when relevant, and flag equipment with embedded batteries or damage for a handling review.

Industrial electronics and unusual equipment need a specific acceptance discussion. Do not include machinery, powered material-handling equipment, or other non-IT assets in the scope without confirmation.

Avoid mixing retired equipment with active stock

Assign an internal owner to each batch and mark equipment only after your team has authorized its retirement. Check leased devices, vendor-managed hardware, and equipment that needs to be returned under a support agreement.

For a phased refresh, list the replacement dates and separate devices that still support production. A clear release process helps your facilities, operations, and IT teams work from the same inventory.

Scope the site and the information on the devices

Describe loading dock access, driver check-in requirements, escort rules, and any delivery restrictions. Include your preferred collection windows; after-hours service is subject to project confirmation.

Scanners, tablets, workstations, and network appliances may require a review for stored information or configuration data. Have your IT team identify the applicable data handling requirements. For equipment with possible reuse value, include model and condition details for an asset recovery discussion.

Projects in Stockton, Tracy, Manteca, and Lodi can be scoped as local or regional work. GreenLink also welcomes enterprise projects elsewhere in California.

Common questions

Can collection be coordinated around shift changes?

Provide the time windows and access restrictions that operations can support. Timing is agreed during project planning, rather than promised as a standard pickup schedule.

Can we use a permanent collection container?

GreenLink’s dedicated electronics collection container service is in development. It is not currently an available subscription or permanent-bin program.
